Cradle MR is a Mixed Reality experience exploring ancestral memory, ritual protection, and the erosion of oral traditions. Created during the Echoes Game Jam 2024, it transforms museum spaces into interactive, symbolic environments where users engage with layered African heritage through gesture, sound, and presence. It won Best Immersive Tech at the jam. 🔗 About Echoes Game Jam
Many African spiritual and oral traditions are undocumented and fading. Cradle MR offers a sensory, interactive method to preserve and re-engage with these traditions especially in cultural spaces that often prioritize static displays over embodied experience.
